Exposure is a tool that re-energizes the space within which personal experiences and memories live, and facilitates the practice of preserving Gen Z’s digitally captured life.

Using generative systems, personal reflection, and pre-existing images as the bases of final output object production, Exposure bridges the gap between the digital short term and the permanent physical world of memories, activating a new and abstract space for digital image making.

The opportunity to lend more reflective practices to the memories we make and capture pays homage to the history of image preservation (an art lost to micro-communication media platforms), and allows younger generations to engage with their memories in a more purposeful way, thus shifting images from device photo albums to the tangible world in a unique way.
